Rained Out Week – Bonus 2 of 2
Such a rainy week, plus rip tide warnings, so no underwater adventures, either.
To make up, I did pick out a Mandahl underwater critter for you from an earlier dive.
The Common Octopus (Octopus vulgaris) is, well, very common among the rocky and patch coral areas of Mandahl Bay. This mollusk roams during the day and has been known to make shorts climbs out of the water to snag Sally Lightfoot (Grapsus grapsus) crabs from the rocks.
These images are provided for your royalty-free stock use as Rainy Week Bonus Number 2. Your royalty free license is included as an attachment. I have left the images un-retouched to protect the pigment hue of the octopus as I saw it, but feel free to do any enhancements needed for your projects (contrast/gamma/saturation, etc.).
