The purpose of Frederiksted Community Boating is to introduce and foster interest in the marine environment by providing opportunities to sail. FCB promotes water safety skills, physical coordination, self-esteem, and environmental awareness for children and adults. The long-term aim is foster proficient youngsters to learn many skills necessary to participate fully in the development of the marine industry of our region
